Senior Congress leader and Rajya Sabha MP Kapil Sibal, on Wednesday, while speaking in the general discussion session on Union Budget 2021 in the upper house of parliament, said that there were four-five big boys in India, who owned all of the country’s assets.
Accusing the Centre of doing Coronary Capitalism he said, “We all one that among those four-five, there is one big guy who is everywhere. Right from railways to ports and airports, he has all of it.”
He opined that Centre was trying to maintain a nice image of Aatmanirbhar Bharat but the reality was just the opposite. Sibal mentioned the Union Budget and said, “Madam Finance Minister (Nirmala Sitharaman), the budget has forgotten the people of India. You have no heart. No allocation for the poor and the underprivileged can be seen.”
“You (Centre) can’t even justify what you have achieved. You (Centre) have presented a rigged economic system before us; you can’t fool us,” he added.
