Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, on Saturday, said that the Aam Aadmi Party would contest the coming local body elections in Gujarat. Also, he said that people of Gujarat had seen CM Kejriwal’s work in Delhi and they wanted the same for their state as well.
Sisodia is in Gujarat’s Ahmedabad today to plan out AAP’s strategy for local body elections (Municipal Corporation).
While interacting with media persons, he said, “BJP has failed people of Gujarat. Corporators are corrupt and can’t govern the Nagar Nigam's. They run their own ‘businesses’ and fill their pockets with the money of taxpayers.”
“In 25 years BJP could not make better schools, hospitals in Gujarat. In Delhi, CM Kejriwal did the same job within five years and established a model of good governance. BJP’s 25 VS AAP’s 5, you all know the difference. We are here to serve the people of Gujarat,” he added.
