The Rajapeth Railway crossing underpass bridge in Maharashtra’s Amravati, which was recently put to public use, on Tuesday, submerged in water after heavy rains lashed the city last night.
According to reports, many shops and establishments near the bridge were flooded. Outskirts of Amravati district such as Bhatkuli, Badnera and others also experienced heavy rains yesterday. Ahead of Ganeshotsav, many areas in the city and the district are clogged.
