Union Minister Nitin Gadkari on Tuesday said that COVID-19 is an artificial virus and we need to learn to co-exist along with the virus. Gadkari made the remark during a live interaction with the members of CIMSME (Chamber of Indian Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises).

While speaking during the live interaction, Gadkari said, “It’s is an artificial virus and that’s why experts around the world are trying to understand its nature. It’s a problem, which came all of a sudden and that’s why it will take time to overcome it.”

Adding that a vaccine for the virus has still not been developed, Gadkari said, “We need to learn to co-exist in the society with the virus around us. We need to change the way we live our lives. It’s very important for all of us.”
