North India including Delhi, NCR, Gurugram ,etc., experienced mild tremors as an earthquake with a magnitude of 6.3 on the Richter scale struck the border region of Pakistan and India on 24 September 2019 at 4.31pm. The epicenter of the earthquake was about 173km northwest of Lahore bearing latitude / longitude: 33.04°N / 73.8°E as per reports. Delhi-NCR and some parts of north India experienced mild tremors.

However, no loss of life or property has been reported.
