Nagpur-based India Peace Centre, which is a non-profit organisation established in 1988, will be conducting an All India Speech Competition on September 21 to celebrate International Peace Day. The International Day of Peace is celebrated to commemorate the day through education and public awareness on issues related to peace.
Every year, India Peace Centre organises a peace cycling rally to observe the day but this year, keeping the pandemic in mind, the online speech competition on the theme of peace will be organised.

The selected participants will be given another topic related to peace and they will get a chance to present their speech at the grand finale on September 21 using the Zoom platform. The details will be shared with the participants via email. The grand finale will be open to public on registration."
Dr Rawal further added, “All selected participants will get a certificate of participation; the winner and the three runners-up will be awarded the certificate of achievement.
