Nagpur: In order to ensure that people living on the footpaths don’t sleep empty stomach during the Coronavirus lockdown, Police Inspector from Bajaj Nagar Police Station Raghvendra Kshirsagar on Wednesday took the initiative to provide food packets to the people living on footpaths. Around 100 needy people were given such packets.

Kshirsagar along with his colleagues collected food from the families living at Bajaj Nagar, Atre Layout, Narendra Nagar and Civil Lines and distributed it to the poor families. Women workers of Rashtra Sevika Samiti also helped the cops to arrange for the food.

The cops also urged citizens to come forward and help the needy during such crisis.
