Sunny Leone and Anshula Dhawan at the teaser launch of the film 'Boys'
Actress Anshula Dhawan, who has been born and brought up in Nagpur, is all set to make her film debut with the Telugu movie ‘Boys.’ The teaser of the movie was launched by actress Sunny Leone recently in Mumbai.
‘Boys’ is directed by Dayanandh and produced by Mitraaw Sharma under the banner Sree pictures. Apart from Anshula and Mitraaw, the cast of the movie includes Ronith GRG, Shrihan, Sheetal Tiwari, Jennifer Emmanuel, Sujith, Kaushal Manda, Bumchick Babloo, and Abhilash Mittapalli.
Speaking to Nation Next, an ecstatic Anshula said: “We have wrapped up the shoot of Boys and recently launched the teaser in presence of Sunny Leone. I feel super excited about the movie, which, if all goes well, will release later in the year.”
Anshula has also finished shooting for the Tamil film ‘Rayar Parambarai.’ The film will mark her debut in Tamil film industry. The film, which is a comic family drama, has Krishna Kulasekaran, Anand Raj, Motta Rajendran and KR Vijaya in pivotal roles.
During her time in Nagpur, Anshula studied at Centre Point School. She then did her further education from Wadia College in Pune (12th boards), AAFT in Nodia (BSc in Cinema) and RD National College in Mumbai (MA in English Literature).
Anshula’s first stint with acting came in 2018 when she participated in MTV’s famous reality show Splitsvilla. After that she worked in digital ads for brands like Pudin Hara and in TVCs for brands like Intermiles and SBI.
