The complaint has been filed with respect to Goswami’s recent remarks on Congress President Sonia Gandhi during a live TV debate on Palghar mob lynching.
Dr Raut told ANI, “Using derogatory language against someone is just not acceptable. He also tried to insult Congress President Sonia Gandhi. He has lost his mental stability.”
