Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) National Spokesperson Dr Sambit Patra, on Wednesday, called out Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and International Pop singer Rihanna Fenty in a press conference, which he addressed at BJP headquarters, in Delhi.
He said that both, Gandhi and Fenty, were running baseless propaganda against India and especially farm laws. Patra’s reaction came after Fenty’s tweet in support of farmer’s protest went viral on the internet catching eyes of the international media.
In addition to this, Gandhi also addressed a press conference in favour of farmers protest, on Wednesday afternoon.
Patra, in the response to Gandhi’s comments on barricades at Delhi border, he said, “Delhi police is taking all preventative measures to avoid an incident like the one, which happened on Republic Day."
"Why is Gandhi having a problem with this? I think he wants to see riots and blood so he can gain any political advantage from it," he added.
